Cancellation Policy
We request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your child’s appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient who may be in need. As some of our specialists are often booked out many months to a year in advance it is important that you are conscientious of their time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- In the event of non attendance, a 100% consultation fee will be charged. Please note that Medicare rebates are not available for cancellations or non – attendance.
- Failure to make payments for services may result in termination of future service
If you wish to discuss cancellation fees or request a waiver of cancellation fees, kindly send a written request to the practice manager. The decision regarding wavering cancellation fees lies with the clinician.
We kindly ask that you consider the impact of recurring cancellations on our clinicians and patients on waiting lists. Timely attendance is essential to maintain the quality of care we provide.
