Late Policy

Our appointments are scheduled with precision to ensure our clinicians are able to provide quality care to as many patients as possible. We are therefore unable to make time alterations or extend appointments beyond their designated duration.

Therefore our clinician will only be available to see you within your appointment time slot, if you arrive late your time will not be extended past the originally scheduled appointment time. This means if a patient arrives 15 minutes late to a 30 minute appointment, they will only receive 15 minutes of appointment time.

Please keep this in mind and ensure that you are on time for your appointments at CAYA DS.
