At CAYA DS we understand that some patients are navigating highly stressful and emotional situations, however our staff are there to make your experience as smooth as possible. Please treat them with the respect and kindness they deserve.

Any abusive behaviour towards our staff will not be accepted and CAYA DS reserves the right to decline further appointments and involvement with patients in the event of our staff being treated poorly.
